Incredible treatment from start to finish and I felt so relaxed. My therapist Dashna was kind and made feel so relaxed. I will be booking more treatments with her again. After my facial I had gel nails and they are just perfect.

Do not come to this pool/spa (please see images). Spa not worthy of being attached to a 4 star hotel at all! We got there Monday morning around a month ago and all the lights/electrics were down in the hotel for maintenance due to construction, so we had to walk through the hotel up and down stairs to the spa in the dark using our phones for flash, and as you can see from the images the experience just got worse from there. Old chewing gum, false nails, hair balls and grotty old tiles in and around the pool like they’ve never had a clean before, not to mention the dust and dirt on the salon reception floor. The manager, Marina, tried her best to appease us saying the nails could have been from the ‘one lady’ that was by the pool (we saw her and she wasn’t having false nails). She also said she had a walk around the pool 5/10 mins earlier before our complaint and she never saw anything (she must have gone to a different pool). All these issues first thing on a Monday without any of the staff checking properly or noticing is shocking. We felt disgusted and left immediately - they refunded us £30 for the day access for my wife which is the least they could do but we Won’t ever be coming back and you shouldn’t come either.

Pool water was not warm, no Jacuzzi, could do with a water fountain in the pool area, however the facial was great and the afternoon tea was lovely & fresh

I went with five of my girl friends for an overnight spa break. The hotel is beautiful, it was clean and smelled great throughout, the bar and other communal areas all looked fresh and new. Our bedrooms were all close to eachother, again clean and well maintained. The spa was lovely, very relaxing, with lovely friendly, professional experienced staff. Initially we walked around the outside of the hotel to reach the Spa area, so that was cold and wet, not fun, but then found out there was a connecting corridor linking the two areas. All 6 of us loved each of our three treatments, they were very relaxing and used great product brands, Thalgo and OPI. We used the pool, the steam room and sauna, we were slightly disappointed there wasn't a jacuzzi but this wouldn't stop us coming back again.

I have been suffering from a terrible blocked ear as a result of severe eustacian tube dysfunction and nothing was helping it. I had Hopi ear candles with Rachel and she also did some lymphatic drainage with massage. My ear has been so much better and for the 1st time in 3 weeks I actually feel I can hear out of it!! I will be returning again for more treatments with Rachel!!!

Myself and my husband stayed at Barton Manor for one night, enjoying the spa treatment. We both did the back and face massage, and he went for a manicure to help neaten the skin around his nails while I had a pedicure. 10/10 service, and I have recommended this to at least 2 people after our visit (23/11/2023).

This is the second time my friend and I have visited the spa at Barton Manor and both times the treatments and products used were superb. The therapists were very friendly and skilled - massages tailored to our requirements, facials suited to our particular skin types. Very relaxing and enjoyable day out, thank you!

Wow what an amazing full body massage with Grace. She was so caring about the treatment and it was so relaxing; I will definitely be back! Also looked around the leisure facilities which was so tranquil and immaculately presented. Thank you.
