I rented a flat with Chris and he was an excellent, reliable and honest landlord. The flat was in great condition and and Chris was always easy to contact to help fix any issues. I would definitely recommend Chris as a landlord to anyone who was interested in renting a property from him.

I had the pleasure of renting a property off Chris Chetwood from August 2018- 2019. This twelve month tenancy had small problems such as slight damp and minor errors with the boiler however with one quick phone call to Chris these problems were solved within seconds and his approachability and willingness to follow up making sure everything was okay always left me feeling happy that I had managed to rent such an amazing property of an extremely respectable landlord. I believe Chris keeps to his promises and really does go above and beyond as a landlord to keep all tenants happy. I was a young student when I started renting the property on my own and after speaking to other landlords I am grateful for how professional Chris was in accepting that even though I was a student I would respect the property as it was my own which he was happy with due to me having a guarantor. I believe Chetwood properties are all suitable for different occupancies as you respect the house as if its your own and Chris respects you with a willingness to be the best landlord you could ask for. I am grateful for the year I had in the property and was sad to leave but I am now happily living with my partner. If a property arises in a suitable area for the both of us there will be no hesitation in renting a Chetwood property again.

Chris is a great landlord, who offers affordable rent options which were great for me as a newly graduated student. Everything in the property that needed updating was done very quickly and any problems we had were addressed immediately. Straight forward, no hassle, flexible renting. (Rented Jan 17 - Sept 17) Chris had me moved into the property of my choice with just a days notice, I did not need to provide heaps of references or pay any "administration" fees. He made a great effort to fit me to a house that would suit me, and remained easy to contact should we need anything. I never had a bad experience and found he would always go out of his way to make sure the house was in order. Paying by calendar month, (which I found a lot of other landlords unwilling to do), kept costs down, along with no hidden council tax add-ons or bills. When my work came to an end, I could pay by the week, to see me to my final shift, allowing great flexibility. Would highly recommend to anybody, and have done to colleagues. (Friendly too)
